PANGEA HEALTH
Pangea Health is an app-based medical sales platform that connects independent sales reps with healthcare brands by promoting said brands directly into doctor's offices.
In my capacity as Lead Product Designer, I worked closely with the Head of Engineering and Engineering team to define goals for the quarter, turn user research into actionable items, wireframe and iterate on new designs, improve the experience for users, and really understand what users' wants and needs are.
Here's an example of a solution I helped ideate on, build, and release.
In addition to being a product designer, I also work on long-term product goals and work with engineering and ops to figure out timelines, how new features fit into our epics, and how feasible goals are.
I also led a company-wide Design Thinking workshop that I research, planned, and executed by myself to improve the way the company approaches problem solving, specifically related to the user experience. I leveraged my expertise as a TA for a Design Thinking course in college, my experiences teaching abroad, and my design knowledge.
